This property is a 1800 square feet 2 story single house sited on 8000 square feet land. Your king room will be on the ground floor off of the kitchen and you’ll have your own private bathroom with a standup shower. You’ll be sharing kitchen living room and laundry room.

Good spot, comfy bed, had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Note the king room is off the kitchen, but there were respectful people staying in the house, so wasn’t a problem. Would stay again!

my stay at Lonie's couldn't have been more comfortable. The huge bed with such soft sheets, and endless amounts of pillows..it made me purr. Longer was great in communication, check in was super easy. I can highly recommend a stay.

We have a great stay at Lonie’s house. We felt home vibes right away when we get in the house. Everything is clean, supper clean. We really enjoy the pillow and the bed. Had a good sleep as well. We will be back for sure. Thank you again for everything, Lonie and James.

I enjoyed my 3-night stay at Lonie's place. The house is on a quiet street, yet close to downtown amenities. it's close to two major streets, so it's easy to get across town or out of town to nearby attractions like Cultus Lake and Harrison Hot Springs. Parki g is right in front of the house, handy for loading and unloading luggage.The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean, with a good shower. I enjoyed spending some quiet time reading in the shared living room. The other guests who were there during my stay were quiet and respectful. Longer responded quickly to the couple of questions I had.

This is my third stay and as always, exceptional. The highlight was the new King room, very spacious and bright room with a super comfy king bed. Lonie is an excellent host and always a pleasure, her bubbly infectious personality and the always.available if needed. There is a lovely porch to sit outside for a beverage and look at the mountains. Many thanks to Lonie for helping me book in as I booked the wrong room, she was very patient and had my dilemma sorted out in no time. It’s a nice little get away even if you live in Chilliwack.

Let me start by saying, I have stayed at many AirBnB's, and Lonnie is most definitely in my top 5 favorite hosts. She was very informative and punctual throughout the booking, and check in process. She is very professional, yet maintains a very friendly and upbeat attitude, that impacts everyone around her. The house is very well kept. The minor details that often pop up like, poor water pressure/heat, lack of kitchen utensils, insufficiently stocked bathrooms, etc. are never a concern. The location is perfectly placed no matter where your itinerary takes you in Chilliwack. I highly recommended Lonnies place for the budget, location, and cleanliness, and the added bonus of an Fantastic Host.
